The Company Names Tribunal

Please be advised that with effect from 1 October 2009 Limited Liability Partnerships will fall within the jurisdiction of the Company Names Adjudicator on the same basis as company names.

The relevant regulations can now be viewed on the OPSI website S.I. 2009 no.1804 (Regulation 12)

New forms as well as an updated practice notice and fact sheet will be available from 1 October 2009.
